Real luxury dairy ice cream made on the farm from our own cows’ milk and cream, egg yolk and sugars. Our cows are milked twice daily; the mornings milk is used to make that days ice cream, from field to freezer in one day. No artificial additives, no artificial 'E' numbers, no stabilisers – just pure, natural ingredients.
We sell through specialist shops and retail outlets in Herefordshire and the Monmouthshire border area.

Our fresh, creamy ice cream is infused with a variety of flavours, from traditional ones (like chocolate, strawberry or honeycomb) to sumptuous and tantalising ones (like mascarpone and caramelised pecans, whisky and orange marmalade, and most recently, white chocolate and raspberry).
We also make vegan friendly sorbets which have a lovely rich and creamy texture without containing any dairy products.
